In 2001, Mr. Howell began doing software and hardware repairs for family and friends. Since that time the business has expanded and now the services include network and POS break/fix for national firms including AT&T, Panasonic, Single Digits IP Solutions, Marriot, Hilton Hotels, T-Mobile, Verizon, Presidio/Blue Water, Spencer Technologies, Vital Network Services, Core-Technologies, Marlin Digital Signs, Everwell Media, Cheddars Restaurants, Dress Barn, Granite Services, Avis Car Rentals, Best Western, TCI Trucking, Old Navy, Talbot’s, Sunglass Hut, Checkers Restaurants, AutoZone, McDonald’s, Barnes and Noble, Sterling Jewelers, Western Union, Kroger Co., Chili’s Restaurants, Hardees/Carl’s Junior, Little Caesar, Helion, Retail Technology Group, DTT, Inc., Krystal, Dunkin Donuts, FedEx, and many others. Mr. Howell has installed or replaced numerous Point of Sale (POS), computers and network devices, including Cisco routers and switches, SMP switches, Juniper devices, IBM POS, Panasonic POS and Ruckus as well as many others. Mr. Howell’s experience includes CAT-5 cabling and termination, IP Phone installation and service, digital signage installation and repair, wireless and wired network installation and repair, point of sale installation and repair, pc repair and replacement and instruction in the use of various software including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. Troubleshooting difficult networking and PC issues is a specialty of Mr. Howell. Many national contractors contact him when they need troubleshooting and repair that others have been unable to solve.
